At Tuscan Soul they really care about this wine, the selection of the shoots, the manual harvesting of the grapes and the choice of the best bunches allow us to go and produce a wine with extremely qualitative connotations.
On the nose ripe black cherries, tobacco, hints of laurel and then back to cinnamon. In the mouth it is important, sumptuous, the tannin pawing, but with a surprising softness.
Very long taste-olfactory persistence.
