Shipping & Payment Info

Deliveries within Italy take 1-3 business days with express courier.

In smaller towns and islands, deliveries occur within 2-4 business days. Orders placed by 11:00 AM are shipped the same day and are delivered on the next business day in 80% of cases. Once your order leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking link to monitor every stage of the shipment.

USED COURIERS

For express shipments, we use Bartolini courier.

We also inform you that Bartolini courier offers a pickup service at over 5400 designated Fermopoint locations.

Our shipments are always insured in case of damage, theft, or loss to provide maximum protection for our customers.

SECURE PACKAGING

Our orders are shipped in cardboard packaging that has been tested and patented for the optimal transportation of wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring the utmost safety of the bottles.

SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY

Shipping is free for orders over €49.90. Gift vouchers are delivered via email and do not contribute to reaching the minimum order threshold for free shipping. For orders below €49.90, the shipping cost is €6.80.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, generally from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We recommend providing an address where someone is always present.

IMPORTANT: In the event you receive a damaged or tampered package, or in case of a partial delivery, please note the anomaly on the delivery document that the courier will ask you to sign. Notify our customer service of any irregularities as soon as possible, sending us a message with photos of the damage or tampering of the package.
