In 2023, RAME is born, an Urban Perugia Distillery, a micro artisanal distillery that produces distillates and liqueurs using a 200-liter alembic.

Located in the heart of Perugia's historic center, above the medieval aqueduct, along Via Appia, the distillery stands where you can visit the cellar, the production laboratory, and enjoy high-quality cocktails, craft beers, natural wines, and selected food.

Our products are born from the collection of local wild herbs and botanicals, which we then transform in an urban context to ensure traceability, quality, and a connection with the territory.

We are open to sharing experiences together to create new recipes and products for others.
