Le Tese is made from 100% Trebbiano Spoletino, an indigenous variety rediscovered from an old historic vineyard where vines were traditionally “married” to trees. A wine that brings together rural heritage, land recovery, and modern winemaking with a strong identity.

On the nose, it reveals rich and layered aromas, with citrus notes, exotic fruit, yellow peach, and light mineral nuances.

The grapes come from a historic old vineyard in the Spoleto area, with traditional training systems such as Guyot, palmette, and “married vine” methods.

Long skin maceration for 40–50 days.
Aged for about 8 months on fine lees in stainless steel, followed by at least 6 months in bottle.
