Matured in small French oak barrels, subsequently aged in the bottle for at least a year, it has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, a fruity bouquet with hints of spice and vanilla, harmonious and with remarkable structure.
A refined, elegant and powerful wine, it is the result of highly suitable soils, rich in skeleton and microelements located in the beautiful Umbrian hills at about 400 m.a.s.l.
Pairing: excellent with first courses and red meats.
